ICE POWERS:
Caitlin as a secondary, not-quite-human form that makes her basically a heat vampire. Her body becomes extremely cold, taking on an unnaturally strong pallor and a slight sheen similar to ice. In this form, she has the ability to suck heat out of whatever’s surrounding her, which gives her ice powers of a sort. By removing the heat from the air, for example, she can freeze the moisture in it and do pretty much whatever she wants with it. Create an ice sculpture, hit someone with an icicle dagger, whatever. She can also suck the heat directly from the human body.
Unlike some others with ice powers, Caitlin’s natural enemy is not someone with heat/fire powers. Those would actually make her stronger by giving her more energy to leach out of them and use. In order to subdue her powers, she would have to be placed somewhere very cold, where there’s no or very little heat to use. Although it wouldn’t kill her, it would greatly weaken her. She’s also not immune to feeling the cold, although it will probably numb, given time.
HYPNOTIC KISS:
Based on Killer Frost’s more vampy days, Caitlin has the ability to hypnotize people into doing what she wants by kissing them. It’s an active power – just kissing someone because she wants to won’t do anything to them. It also has limitations – it’s not unbreakable, she couldn’t force someone to do something like hurt themselves or others unless it was already in their nature/something they could have been talked into while in their right mind. Other people with experience could probably block her from doing it.
It is also not a power Caitlin is likely to use often, given that she’s not the kind of person to take advantage of something that takes away someone else’s free will.

Basically, this power is never going to be used without a head's up OOCly, but:
Caitlin has the ability to make people do what she wants via hypnotic kissing. Is this something that would even work on your character?
Is this something you would be okay with OOCly?
